Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $[X] within the continental United States.

  • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Insurance: Fully insured up to the full value of your watch

Expedited Shipping Options

Need your watch faster? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout:

High-Value Orders (Over $[X,XXX])

For watches valued over $[X,XXX], we require:

  • Adult Signature Required: An adult (21+) must be present to sign for delivery
  • Enhanced Insurance: Full replacement value coverage through specialized luxury goods insurance
  • Direct Handoff: Package cannot be left unattended

Note: If you prefer not to require a signature, please contact us before your order ships. By waiving the signature requirement, you accept full responsibility for the package once marked as delivered.

Processing Time

International Shipping Details

  • Customs Declaration: You are responsible for knowing your country's import laws and restrictions

Important International Notes

  • We declare the full value of your watch on customs forms as required by law
  • Customer assumes all risk if the package is confiscated by customs
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance
  • Return shipping for refused/undeliverable international packages is the customer's responsibility

Insurance Coverage

Every shipment is fully insured for the complete value of your watch from the moment it leaves our facility until it's delivered to you.

  • Domestic Shipments: Insured through USPS or UPS standard coverage, or specialized jewelry insurance for high-value items
  • High-Value Shipments (Over $[X,XXX]): Additional coverage through specialized luxury goods insurance providers
  • International Shipments: FedEx or DHL insurance plus optional third-party coverage for high-value items

In Case of Loss or Damage

If your watch is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping:

  2. We will file the insurance claim on your behalf
  3. You will receive either a replacement watch or a full refund
  4. All shipping-related claims are handled at no cost to you

Secure Packaging

Your watch is packaged with the utmost care:

  • Watch secured in its original presentation box with all documentation
  • Multiple layers of protective bubble wrap and foam padding
  • Placed in a rigid, unmarked shipping box (no external branding)
  • Sealed with tamper-evident security tape
  • Discreet packaging with no indication of contents for security

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Real-time tracking updates via email or SMS (if enabled)
  • Delivery notification when your package arrives

Delivery & Signature Requirements

Standard Deliveries

  • Orders under $[XXX] may be left at your door if you're not home
  • Delivery to the address provided at checkout
  • We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location

Signature Required (Orders Over $[XXX])

  • An adult (21+) must be present to sign for the package
  • Valid photo ID may be required
  • Package will not be left unattended
  • If no one is available, carrier will attempt redelivery or hold at local facility

Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following shipping restrictions:

  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for signature-required orders
  • Freight Forwarders: We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses
  • Multiple Addresses: Each order can only ship to one address - place separate orders for multiple destinations
  • Address Changes: Must be made before shipping - we cannot redirect packages in transit

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • You will be notified via email
  • A $[XX.XX] re-shipping fee will apply to resend the package
  • You can choose to update the shipping address or request a refund (minus original shipping costs)
  • Packages marked "Return to Sender" or refused delivery are subject to original shipping charges and restocking fees

Porch Theft & Lost Packages

Important: Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier with photo confirmation, we are no longer responsible for the item.

  • Porch theft is considered a crime and must be reported to local police
  • We recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring signature delivery
  • Consider having packages held at a carrier facility for pickup
  • We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered
  • You may file a police report and submit to your homeowner's/renter's insurance

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November - January), please note:

  • Processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days
  • Carrier delays are more common - order early to ensure delivery
  • Cut-off dates for guaranteed holiday delivery will be posted on our homepage
  • We are closed on major holidays: [list holidays]

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to get your watch to you as fast as possible:

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days
  • Full insurance coverage included
  • Cannot be expedited

Address Verification

To prevent fraud and ensure delivery:

  • Shipping addresses must match billing address or be verified
  • Orders to unverified addresses may require additional verification
  • We may contact you to confirm shipping details for high-value orders
  • P.O. Box shipping not available for signature-required items
